When Kit Kemp was invited to work her magic in a new collection, I was thrilled to come aboard as her co-designer. Having worked together on two scenic wallpapers for her Firmdale Hotels The Whitby and Charlotte Street we had developed a common creative language and we were eager to develop our ideas into a full fabric and wallpaper collection available to all.
Andrew Martin are known for unique design and characterful home décor, “with the power to immerse, transfix and transport”. Kit and I shared our vision with company director Martin Waller, who has been described as the interiors designer and collector who never grew up. The resulting collection is an adventure into a mythical world of folkloric creatures and rolling landscapes.
